The product
Access to the Nova platform, and the handling of resident data within it, are governed by the written agreement between CareFlick Inc. and the operator — not by these terms. The CareFlick AI companion has its own terms and conditions.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and by using this site you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
If you live somewhere whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement — which includes consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union — nothing in these terms removes those rights, and nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in your local courts where the law entitles you to.
